Cancellation Policy 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of premature departure we will charge for the full rate of the original booking.  

Cancellation 0 – 7 days before date of arrival, or no-show visitor forfeits 100% of the total for the entire booking.  

Cancellation 8 – 14 days before date of arrival visitor forfeits 100% of deposit paid.  

Cancellation 15 – 21 days before date of arrival visitor forfeits 50% of deposit paid.  

Cancellation > 22 days before date of arrival visitor forfeits 25% of deposit paid. 

CANCELLATION POLICY : SAFARIS & ACTIVITIES

In the event of the guest cancelling their safari and/or activity due to premature departure from the Guest House, or having seen “enough” wildlife on previous safaris, the guest will be liable for 100% of the total safari and/or activity price that they have pre-booked.

No safari and/or activity will be booked and/or confirmed if the guest has not paid a 100% securing deposit for all safaris and/or activities booked.

All safaris and/or activities, apart from the sunset safari do operate during rainy weather and therefore no guest will be refunded any monies paid in regards to these safaris and/or activities. Should the Guest House cancel the safari and/or activity due to weather conditions or otherwise, the discretion to grant a refund will rest solely with the Guest House.
